St. Paul Sewing Unit teams up with 6th graders

The St. Paul OES Sewing Unit has partnered with youth organizations to prepare fleece quilts for those in need.
The photo above are 6th grade students at Columbus Elementary School
The unit has provided the fleece materials and members of Jobs Daughters Bethel #76, Lincoln Chapter DeMolay, and 6th graders at Columbus Elementary School have tied the fleece quilts as a service project. The youth have learned the value and satisfaction that comes from serving others, and their participation has helped the sewing unit prepare items that bring cheer and comfort to those in need.

Eastern Star members from several chapters worked together to make this a success!!
